We treat the provided candidate’s and client’s data with the highest professionalism and respect.
We collect and process information necessary to assess eligibility and connect candidates and clients in suitable roles. Included information are curriculum vitae, employment history and documents, references, online profiles, educational documents and records and identification documents. We collect through you directly, publicly available social media such as LinkedIn and Xing, through references and word of mouth. Amongst others, this information includes:
· Identity data such as first name, maiden name, last name, marital status, title, date of birth and gender.
· Contact details such as address, email address, username, social medica names and telephone numbers.
· Financial data, such as bank account details (for clients and for candidates in cases like interview expenses reimbursement by a potential employer).
· Employment data such as job title, current employer, work history, qualifications and training.
· Etc.
Most of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by you. We will only process data when the law allows us to. After an initial contact during which we provide the candidate with information about opportunities, we will usually conduct an in-depth interview where basic information is collected, often with the help of a CV. Collected information is used for one of the following includedbut not limited to reasons:
· Assessing the candidate’s eligibility for a specific position
· Assessing the candidate’s current position in the market and what roles could be suitable for the candidate
· Matching of candidate, client and position
We will only use personal data where necessary. We use the information that you have given us for the purpose for which it was collected and in order to pass them on to our client. The candidate is kept up-to-date throughout every step of the process. If you are selected as a suitable candidate, more information may be collected to progress in the recruitment process.
Under the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR), the lawful bases we rely on for processing this information are:

In some circumstances, we will anonymise your data, so it can no longer be associated with you for research or statistical purposes, in which case we may use this information indefinitely without further notice to you.
Recruitment process: We may share your personal data with government authorities, law enforcement officials, regulators, tax and accounting agents where required.
Compliance with laws: If mandated by law or if required for the protection of our legitimate interests in compliance with applicable laws.
Third parties: We may share your personal information with third-party suppliers and organisations to assist us with the recruitment process and enable us to provide recruitment services. We may share personal data with the following parties:
